Kiki Love Return policy
Kiki Love strives to deliver a unique product that customers are proud to wear and fits well. If you are not satisfied with our product, we accept returns or exchanges with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide us with your order number including an original receipt
- Notify us and let us know if you would like to return or exchange
- Send items back to us with tags. A shipping address will be provided to you when you contact us to initiate the return/exchange.
- If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us and for any associated shipping fees.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 30 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if incurred by Kiki Love.
However, Kiki Love is pleased to pick up shipping costs associated with sending you back an exchanged product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
